Evidence-based & practice-oriented impulse talks
In short impulse talks (German or English), I translate up-to-date insights from health psychology and behavioral science into clear, motivating, and easy-to-understand messages. Possible topics include myths and strategies around weight regulation and sustainable weight control, multimodal stress management, building healthy habits, and successfully overcoming unwanted, unhealthy behaviors.
A strong emphasis is placed on practical relevance: participants do not just learn what works according to science, but how to apply it in everyday life. Complex scientific findings are turned into concrete, actionable strategies that can be implemented immediately, enabling actual change.
The impulse talks are ideally suited for workplace health promotion (Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement, BGM), company health days, and similar health-focused events. Talks typically last between 45 and 60 minutes and can be delivered both in person and online. If desired, short supporting materials can optionally be provided for participants, such as self-assessments, checklists, or cheat sheets and worksheets.
